主讲人介绍:Chi-Kwong Li is a Ferguson professor at Department of Mathematics, College of  William and Mary. He received B. A. in 1982 and Ph. D in 1986 at the University  of Hong Kong. His research areas cover a wide range of matrix theory, operator  theory, combinatorial theory, quantum information science, mathematical biology,  mathematical education, etc. He has published more than 300 papers in SIAM Rev.,  SIAM J. Sci. Comput., SIAM J. Matrix Anal. Appl., SIAM J. Appl. Math., J. Funct.  Anal., Linear Algebra Appl., etc. He is the editor in chief of the Linear and  Multilinear Algebra and Operators and Matrices, the Senior editor of the Linear  Algebra and Its Applications and a member of the editorial board of Involve a  Journal of Mathematics.


内容介绍:For a bounded linear operator T on a Hilbert space H, the numerical range W(T)  is the image of the unit sphere of H under the quadratic from associated with  the operator. More precisely, We describe some problems and results on numerical  ranges related to operator systems associated with quantum channels.
